I had bad experience with their customer service so I try to stay away from their products. Maybe if my better half wants one I could do that. Her tracfone is getting out of date and she might pick a new one.

I see it on HSN and QVC (where you bought) and it comes with 365 service....question did it come with a sim card? If not did you just swap your old sim card into it. I know the sim cards are only 99cents anyway.

The only card I swapped out was the micro sd card. Other than that just went to tracfone website and they transferred my phone number and minutes text and data and they added the minutes text and data the new phone came with and everything was working great.

have you been able to move any apps over to your installed SD card? I know some apps, the app developers do not let you do this, but if the app developer lets you...in Android 10 it depends on the phone manufacturer if the app can be moved to SD or not. ( Some phone manufactures only let you move photos/video to SD card)

I had to reinstall all my apps but my contacts transferred because they were synced to my Google account.

The camera settings let you store photos and videos to sd card but so far I've been unable to move apps there

@@TeAmoPetsthank you for the answer, and fast to reply also, as I am researching and wanting to buy today..try this. On your apps go to applications, go to an app and if it can be moved you will see it after ticking storage. It is very important to be able to move apps to SD card so one can free up space on the phones 64gb internal. If the phone came with 128gb of internal (as this one does not) this would not be a concern for me as 128 would be enough.

The only best thing to do instead of buying a phone carrier locked motor power you're supposed to buy. At best buy, a factory unlocked Motorola smartphone like a motorology stylus. 2023. You should get something better instead of a phone that is locked from a carrier most of the phones they are locked from the carrier.
