Make sure you test it out longer 😭 there's some kind of defect in a bunch that kpop stores got in recently. Mine stays on for about 3 minutes (maybe more) before cutting off and then won't cut back on for a while. This is happening with alot of people's sadly. I pretty much just sat on my bed with my lightstick on until it decided to cut off after a few minutes 🙃

Also u can reduce the height of the light stick from grey buttons that are available on side of round top. Press them together and pull it down gently. It is given in instruction. That way u can easy carry it in your purse or the bag that they gave us. It is super duper effective and cute.

girl idk if you've noticed already. but when it's turned on, press and hold the yellow(top)n butten it will then change colour to green, press on the blu (bottom) butten and it'll change the colour!!!

i just recently got a lightstick too! but it’s a newly manufactured one so it does have a defect; it won’t turn on for longer than 3 mins and then after that it wouldn’t turn on for a while :(

I'm so sad I can't go to any of the concerts this year. 😭 Have fun and be safe! They have an app for the lightstick, but I wasn't ever able to get mine to connect to it. It kept saying it needed an firmware update but never updated. A lot of people seemed to have the same issue. Have you tried connecting yours to the app?
