Thank you for your story. I was a Protestant for 30 years and was also anti Catholic. I stumbled onto Cardinal Tagle The Word Exposed KZbin channel n began to learn about the real Catholic Church. I also started reading n listening to Archbishop William Goh fr Singapore n Bishop Barron as well as Catholic Answers channel. After 3 years of reading, researching, praying the Holy Eucharist brought me home and I was received into the Catholic Church on Easter 2021. 😊

I am a protestant and on my journey towards the Catholic Church. This is my first time to watch this, though I have been watching Catholic Channels for almost 3 years now. It all started when I accidentally watched a program at EWTN. That program brought me to Scott Hahn, then to Steve Ray, then to the Journey Home, then to Catholic Answers and on and on... The journey was hard, and painful, yet its liberating and rewarding. Im not yet there, and I dont know how long my journey will be, but I know I will be there one day. Please pray for me.

My family raised me as a devout Catholic. Since I was a child, I dreamt of having my own image of our Lord Jesus, and his Blessed Mother. My interest into the Catholic sacred art deepened when I became part of the Knights of the Altar. The time flew fast, so as my faith in the church. I was already on my Junior year in high school when my faith in the Catholic church went lukewarm, and eventually got cold. Protestantism was introduced by my friends and my family member. I was taught that "Catholics are idol worshippers, and their church is faux." I was baptized in a Protestant church, having the feeling that all my questions about life and salvation will be answered. I went in Manila to study. I met people with the same religious interest, and eventually became my closest friends. I can say that my interest in Protestantism deepened each day, and my disbelief in the Catholic church and its dogma flourished as well. After four years, I was able to finish my Bachelor's degree by the grace of God. I was preparing for the board exam when my faith was put into trial. Each day was hell for me. As if problems rapidly flowed towards me. I started to question God and I even doubted his existence. September 2019, two weeks before the licensure exam, my friend and I visited the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in New Manila, Quezon City. Even though my heart isn't yet fully opened to accept Catholicism again, I still went in the church, for 'twas already my final resort. I can't explain the serenity that I felt. I found my safe haven in the church. I never felt this feeling from any Protestant churches that I've been. From then on, I opened my heart again to the Blessed Mother and the Holy Roman Catholic Church. Last 2020, I lost my job. It was too painful for me to loose the very thing that makes me happy, which is teaching. I have had lots of realizations due to this pandemic. If there is one good thing that this pandemic brought into my life, that's my journey back home. It was a long road for me. It's hard and painful for me to accept the dogmas that I once mocked. But the Blessed Mother was there to guide me. I found not only joy, but ecstasy. Finally, my thirst has been quenched. I became more interested in the Catholic religious art, after I fully understood its role. I dove into different theology books that are available online. I became a Marian devotee, and I joined the World Apostolate of Our Lady of Fatima. I can't stop myself from crying while watching your conversion story, brother. May God bless you!

In our church Bible is main to following our faith. Your church is not 100% follow the Holy Bible. The forgiveness of the sins was devoted by our Lord but in your church didn't follow that.

Pray to St. Monica and St. Augustine, that someone will be placed into your daughter's life who will help lead her back. Sometimes it takes someone other than a parent to get through to a child, especially an adult one. Even St. Monica, who prayed constantly for her son, needed St. Ambrose to influence her son Augustine.

When scripture tells you He died once and for all and all that are called to be followers of Jesus have Jesus inside them the concept of receiving Jesus reduced to a wafer seems silly. John 6:63 Without Christ in our lives , without the written word of God in our lives ,all we have is a religious experience. The eucharist renews the sacrifice of Jesus which is never to be repeated as Jesus died once and for all. there is no need to put Jesus back on the cross to free you of your sin. 1 John2:1,2

In John 6: 51 onwards Jesus repeatedly stresses that the bread that he offers is his flesh, and the blood he offers is his true blood. Jesus did not stop them from leaving, he did not say that he did not mean it, so do you see and realize the intensity of the words that Jesus spoke? (I would ask you to read John chapter 6:51- 67 very slowly indeed to understand the most personal and profound relationship one can have with Jesus. 53:Amen Amen I say to you Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. 54: Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. 55: For my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink". 56: Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him. 57: Whoever eats this bread will live forever" 60: Then many of his disciples who were listening said, 'This saying is hard, who can accept it? 64: But there are some of you who do not believe. 66: Many of his disciples returned to their former way of life and no longer accompanied him.67: Jesus said to the twelve, "Do you also want to leave?" The twelve stayed and so did the Catholic, the Coptic and the Orthodox Church for 2000 years and will forever and ever. One can understand this most intense relationship with Jesus only when one understands and accepts his words and receives him in the Holy Eucharist). Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance and you will understand what you have not understood before.

Many who assured me prayers for my beloved wife Usha Sailes who died on 10 October 2021. Coming back with more. See you then. Here is a note of testimony I messaged to our Asst. Parish Priest and his reply - Very Rev. Fr Agnes, Father you are really an angel. You opened up the heavens for my eyes to visualize the infinite mercy of Jesus. After your graceful plea that satan can never claim usha I had got more closer to Jesus - The day after usha died I prayed for her soul & my guardian angel softly whispered to me that I do not need panic as she will soon be in heaven. The angel also added that St. Mary Magdalene is in heaven so I did not need to worry about her since she is no hardened a sinner. A few days back (viz.25.11.21) I got up early at 6 o'clock and made a two-second fervent prayer looking at Jesus image saying "Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on usha - forgive her sins - chasten her soul in your precious blood/wash her soul in your precious blood and grant her eternal salvation - also give me a glimpse of her once for my consolation". As I reclined back to bed usha was lying there in bed. As I moved to touch her she gestured to me not to and in a few seconds disappeared. Usha is in purgatory Jesus Christ showed me that He is merciful He loves us He listens to us and acts lenient. This much for now. Fr. Agnes: Thanks for sharing this testimony. Now young child of God I request for your prayers that my beloved wife Usha may attain salvation earliest. This is my only prayer for now. Thanks and may the Abba God the Father our Saviour and Fountain of eternal mercy God the Son and the Flame of Divinity God the Holy Spirit inflame your godliness to the zenith of eternity Amen Halleluia Praise and Glorify to the Most High till we meet at the feet of our Lord Jesus to chant praises to the Holy Trinity Amen.

As an apologist I always say Jesus tells us how to remember him. And only one way how to do that scripturely. And that when we look at dialogue for literal speech we can see how it's different from figurative speech. Jesus' Convo with nicodemus on baptism is figurative. And at the last supper is literal.

Many years ago I had much interest in attending a bible study conducted by an evangelical pastor in my workplace during lunch break. A couple of Sundays I attended their worship service in a mall, after coming from mass with my family. A good friend told me to study my Catholic faith first before I leave it. I enrolled at Maryhill School of Theology night classes for the lay faithful. Thanks be to God I learned much about the Bible and the Catholic faith that I hungered for. It was a blessing! It is such a blessing that I found Unboxing Catholicism on facebook last year during the quarantine. It plays a big part in my faith journey. I was born Catholic but I wasn’t religious. Last year I began to go deeper in my faith. I love watching American videos like Catholic Answers, Journey Home, etc. Also learning from Scott Hahn and many other former anti-Catholic Protestants who have come to embrace the Catholic faith. The same thing happened to me ! For ten years ! Thank GOD , I always felt like something was missing , I went back home one more time to get answers . Only thus time I got them thank you Jesus , it was the right answers to learn the church’s beginnings, thanks to Scott Hahn , Patrick Madrid , and Tim staples and then every convert who wrote a book I read then all ! I inhaled them ! I knew I was missing something so important! The Eucharist! I wonder about all my ex Catholic friends and why GOD protected me why I was so uncomfortable when they clearly thought they had the answers . I don’t know why I am so great full for the uncomfortable feeling I always had even though I loved the church I was in and all the People and pastors but the more they put the Catholic Church down the more upset and insulted I got . I had to prove them wrong . I wonder thought why me ? These people who left the church would never come home but I’m so happy I did I am so in love with my church and being home . They think I lost my mind and I’m blinded by Satan but I know the truth .

I followed your reconversion story and I’m so happy for you. I am a Catholic but haven’t attended the Holy Mass for a while. I am somewhere and Christianity is a minority, of course we have Catholic Churches here. But the actual reason for not attending Mass for such a long time is laxity and not making up time in my busy work schedule to receive Christ in the Eucharist and in the other sacraments (Reconciliation). I haven’t built a personal and stronger relationship with God via a consistent personal prayer life and contemplation on the Sacred Scriptures, but I believe all is not lost. To you men and women of good hearts, remember me in your prayers. Thanks.

Exodus 20:8-11 - shows us the 7th day Sabbath is the Lords day. not once in Scripture do we see the 1st day sanctified, blessed, made Holy - it never will be. catholicism is exposed by the clear Word of our Creator. will pray for you friend.

Thank you for your story Bernz, it has given me a lot of hope. I am a cradle Catholic married to a Jehova’s Witness, there is nothing I wanted more than to worship together, so I embarked into understanding his religion, I also wanted him to learn about mine. Then I came to find out that they are not allowed to read anything that is not produced by the Watchtower society, and he will completely shut down when I tried to show him things like Jesus is NOT Michael the Archangel. I learned from your video that God actually chooses who HE wants in His Church, just as He chose you, I hope and pray that one day He will choose my husband. Please pray for him 🙏🏻

Very inspiring story sir. Connect ako sa ibang experience mo sir. I almost left our faith due to same reasons but I was very blessed by Our Lord Jesus. Bago pa man iyon mangyari ay binigyan nya agad ako ng signs to study our faith first. At ngayon patuloy po ang pag-aral ko about our faith para matulungan ko rin po yung iba at mashare yung blessings na pinagkaloob saakin. I was so happy that I was able to watched your video. I am a cradle catholic and currently living in the middle east where islam is the majority religion. though practicing catholic faith here is permitted, still having very few churches and with a little distance from it makes it hard for me to do the things I used to do back home. and so I just watched conversion stories like yours in youtube for my daily dose of inspiration. hoping for your to share your conversion story in other CFD pages in this platform also.
