Great video, but on a side note, your cooking grates are upside down 👍 flip them so the flat side is up

Actually sitting on hold with tech support right now as I type. Built this about a month or two ago and after initial burn-off, medium setting was too hot. Lowest setting on two burners was 400. I had food prepped and had to cook it, regardless. Everything was fine, just hot. Contacted support and they said to check the manual for any adjustment screws as some models include them. Apparently providing my model number was a waste because there is no adjustment screw instructions in the manual, their website, google or youtube. Double checked accuracy with an internal thermometer and got a reading of 350, while weber thermometer still read 400. They're telling me now "it will decrease over time". If used once per week, in appx 1 months time temperature should reduce and stabilize and if not, call back. I explained slow-cooking temps are appx 225. I'll be thoroughly impressed if this self-repairing grill reduces temps by 175 degrees with the magic of pixie dust, hopes and tears. Been using Weber all my life. This is my first Weber gas grill, and for $500, so far I'm not sold so far. I could have gotten another cheapo and temps would be normal like every other gas grill I've ever owned. Feeling brushed off ATM.
