Yes I do live in the US. I’m pretty sure if you get the 11 you get the charging block! The 12 only comes with the cord I think😂🤷🏻‍♀️

it doesn't matter where u live, there's the package that was released before the iphone 12 got out, this package includes and adaptor charger and earphones, however after the iphone 12 got released, a new package of iphone 11 was too, and its not just iphone 11, its all phones, that doesn't include adaptor or earphones, just the charge depends on your like of which package also if u wanna make sure from which package you'll get, the thick box includes adaptor charge earphone etc.. and the thinner one only includes the charge
