Hi, thanks for the video. Is the insert made fully from metal? I mean besides the outer shell, the sleeve itself is metal? Is there any plastic parts that go inside the cooking area and are exposed to the heat during cooking?

Hi, no plastic inside the cooking are. Using it every day and it is fantastic. Using it even to heat up rice 👌🏼
