Good job guys. 1. I would suggest a good workers uniform even if it is cheap. 2. Some PPE to protect sensitive parts of the body from injury. (Latex gloves and facial masks as basic) 3. Other measures as necessary.

Sorry but this is pathetic, compare this to PCBWAY or JLPCB factory and it looks like a slum. The verification is so crap, some dude just looks at and nods his head in a circle. This should have high resolution cameras with AI to detect broken traces/bridges. Also have you ever heard of gloves? A hair nut and bare hands. Sad. Also I'm quite sure these guys charge 4x as much pcbway or JLPCB. Many dev shops even in India rather get. JLPCB than to deal with this operation. Makes India look so bad!

I went to GTCC- Bengaluru - It is a government entitiy which supply parts to ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization. The inside is same as this. They said slowly they are upgrading and I saw few Korean Machines etc.. World is moving very fast and these people it is extremely slow. Recruitment for government companies, they have to write weird aptitude skills tests. They will not take people from Good Organizations. It is really sad. The GTCC employees showed on small spherical part and said the cost of that is 13 Lakhs or 15600 USD. We are supplying to ISRO. They also said it is the final part and ready for shipment. I asked them why it is so dirty with all the bumps etc.. at the spherical corners.. can you polish it as it is very costly. They invest 16000 USD but no time for polishing or spending time. I felt education is needed and which is really missing. They can watch few youtube videos to understand International Standards.

In India we don't use gloves, because owners became very poor due to gloves provide. It's part cost cutting in business😢
