Hi. Thanks for the video. I dis every single step as you did. However, when I come to where you come at time 15:00 in the video, I cannot see the Home Base in the app, just the robot itself. I did everything , rebooting, removing device and hardresetting, nothing changes. I have the same model with you, combo j9+. Any recommendation?

Hello and Help :) Why is unboxing different than your box. Shouldn't these be the say? Amazon is where I bought it I left it for 5 months in storage and I think as someone got in and took something? Not sure . That's why I was watching carefully to see how & what the unboxing appeared....
