Mine stopped working after about 9 months. And they wouldn’t honor the warranty. Couldn’t give me a reason why they wouldn’t honor the warranty, just said sorry and offered a $50 coupon

It is not unbreakable. It is not scratch proof. I wanted to return mine within the time period allowed. One of the questions they asked was " Is it scratched"? It was and i couldn't return it. Had it about 1 1/2 years and the screen went black and will mot come back on.
