Unburden yourself | Sri M | Chennai Satsang 2022

Sri M begins the explanation of unburdening oneself with a story and then goes on to say, "It's a question of unburdening yourself. So many burdens. "I am so and so, somebody didn't recognise me..." It's big torture. These are the burdens. I have read this and that... This is what Ramana Maharishi said to the man, "Can you keep quiet?" So many burdens from our past lives too. And then after coming here we again burden ourselves with unnecessary luggage (in our minds). And then how can we be free?" Can we throw away these burdens?
