Don't stop. Good for you. It's pointless living to 90 years old if you're in the hospital since the age of 40 because you did not take care of yourself when you had the chance. The BEST possible perspective is this; in the animal kingdom you have to work DAILY to survive the next day. I know there are some exceptions like squirrels hiding acorns or bears hibernating. We are lazy because we know our next meal is guaranteed. Remove that aspect of our life and the great majority of us would perish.

@@ricmightybonefeliciano9800 Thank you for the kind words. I try to live my life the same way ... my old body (60) doesn't want to go out in the cold weather and run hills etc. But I have to run 20-30 miles just to stay at the same weight. 40 years ago doing HALF that many miles I would lose too much weight. Yes our metabolism slows down dramatically. But ... that is the PRICE one has to pay and in my case that's the SMALL price to pay to be able to stay away from doctors and hospitals. Upon CLOSER perspective, our ancestors would have to do 4x that many miles walking or running just to live another day or they would perish. Zion is battling more than just weight. He has to surround himself with those who are not YES men and that's a major "ask" for someone that age in that position. He's a couple years away from totally being out of basketball. He'll go overseas and his career will be over before the age of 30. He HAS TO demand better of himself and surround himself with the proper ENERGY.
