Heartwarming video, the state of Ratti when he was found by Takis was horrendous, poor guy. I hope the owner was prosecuted. With treatment from the vet & love & care from Takis & his team of volunteers Ratti recovered, bless him. Oh, I met Ratti in the shelter in July 2020, when we adopted Happy.😢😢 He was in truly shocking condition then. It was heartbreaking and so sad. 💔💔💔 This update is fantastic. Rati is a wonderful guy, and thank you so so much for changing his life and making him the most happy dog. 😊 ❤❤❤😊❤❤❤
