Ok soi know that this song belongs to the ff1970 fandom and I love the story BUT BUT I am a multi fandom and I have a wolfstar head cannon and if you don't know who that is it's Remus Lupin and Sirius Black from Harry Potter, but anyway my head cannon is when Sirius asked Remus to be his boyfriend they were dancing to this song, and when Remus proposed to Sirius they where gonna have this song as their groom and groom dance, but before they could get married Sirius was sent to azkaban so they couldn't. But Remus would spend countless nights listening to this song when he was sad and drunk because it was their song. So when Sirius escaped from azkaban and they where at the grimmauld place (idk how to spell it) they danced to it almost all night :) but when Sirius died Remus went up to Sirius room and cried himself to sleep listening to it because he had just lost the only thing that made him happy, again :)

Always saw P.O.V's in slow song comment sections so I'm gonna try to describe how I see this song. The boy, with slicked black hair and is in a fine black suit, looked up at the mirror. It was prom night, and his childhood love was running very late. He had finally asked her to the dance to confess his feelings for her after years of loving her in secret. They were best friends. And she said yes...but where was she? He looked at his mouth and noticed he had been frowning. He was contemplating on leaving the dance. But he had to check one more time.
