BlackRock don't have an option for an institutional custodian (Coinbase is the best choice, otherwise) - the SEC won't let the traditional players get involved, currently!

maybe BR is betting that IF the sec refuses their submission in a spot ETF so that the crypto market will collapse. follow the 'short' money
