@@gabaghoulspizza We are discussing Uncharted, what does Last of us has to do with anything??? I'm glad you liked it, but Uncharted 4 is not charming or goofy like the previous entries. Clearly Druckmann stuck his nose in it, and we got kind of depressing, serious and a little dark in story aspects. Not a fan.. for this game.

@@keepernod2888 you said they lost their way. You made it sound like you were referring to Naughty Dog’s games post Amy’s departure that’s why I brought up Last of Us 2. Neil Druckmann was a writer for Uncharted 1 and 2. He’s been with the series since the beginning. He directed 4 after Amy left and while it is more serious in tone than the first 3 games I thought the story was beautifully written. It’s hardly depressing as you say, it still has humor and light-hearted moments. Just look at the ending, it is the most joyous and uplifting ending the series could have had. How is the game depressing?

Read a cool story once about a kid who had to spend a few weeks with his grandma on short notice(work emergency or something) and brought his Playstation but forgot his games in the car. Uncharted was still in the console so he played that. Grandma had such a good time watching she bought 2&3 for him so she could see the whole trilogy.

Love this franchise. Basically a perfect blend of entertaining popcorn movies and bombastic gameplay. A lot of people crap on this first entry and even suggest skipping it, but I think the Drake's relationship with Elena and Scully is super important, and I personally really enjoy the intense "arena" fights.

The Uncharted series has some of my favorite gaming moments of all time. The first one was nice for the time, but the sequels really amped everything up. The ending to 4 is incredibly satisfying.

My favorite game series of all time. I replay it at least once a year. I remember telling my friends about this one back in the day. At the time, there was nothing exactly like this- The graphics and colors went against every other game at the time. The first game wasn’t perfect, but it had the foundation of something great, and the second game changed the whole industry forever. I felt so lucky to have been there day one with this game that forever changed what I thought an adventure game could be. Also, love how you take in the beautiful views! I love the locations and colors!!! Subscribed!!! And if it makes you feel any better, I can’t even comprehend shooting on a keyboard and mouse 😮 Controllers feel so much easier to me.

If there's one series I have craved you would play it is Uncharted. These characters are the most lovable rogues in all gaming imo. Not just the first game but new characters in later games as well. By the way, you thought Resi 6 was directed by Michael Bay? These were directed by Bay, Spielberg and John Woo combined. Glad you're feeling bettter and thanks for playing this. Nolan North doing the voice acting for Nathan Drake. Now he played Modi in the God of War 2018 game. Emily Rose does the voice for Elena Fisher, and she did the voice acting for Sif in God of War Ragnarök. Sif is the mother of Modi. So, they went from this Uncharted franchise playing companions/possible love interests. To another franchise where she was the mother of his character. I wonder if after she got the part of Sif if there was any good-natured teasing between friends even though Sif and Modi didn't appear in the same game together.

I don't know if whatever options you have will support it, but I find high sensitivity analog stick aiming together with low sensitivity gyro aiming to be a pretty good alternative to a mouse. Using the stick to turn quickly and aim roughly toward my target, and using the gyro to refine that to pinpoint accuracy, feels pretty fluid and natural to me.

The first one is terrible, but it’s one of those “you have to get through it to get the whole story”, but stick it out. They get SOOO much better from here. A lot of people say the second one is best, but in my opinion they just keep getting better one after the other, with 4 the best. Even the spinoff after 4 is really good
