Given his position as a public figure he really needs to be more careful with his wordings, especially when it comes to issues with international relations (South East Asia?, I really hope he truely has done his homework). I’m sure he knew it too, except the full gravity of the consequences(maybe he’s testing the market), but lowering his tone a little to be a bit more diplomatic wouldn’t hurt, and I wonder if Uncle Roger has already come out to clarify/back up his words. I suppose the Thai has far better advantage/opportunities/exposure to the world in relation to plating lots of things on a dish nicely and present to the world, but where does all of these foods truely come from?, if you give anyone the same opportunities/time I’m sure people will catch up and could be much more, who knows ey!.
