I took forever to find out what this was from, and then I took forever to find the range of the tuba compared to the contrabass clarinet *sigh* So, for whomever may be searching to find the name of this song, it is "Uncle Ruckus Theme" from the show "The Boondocks". I hope this helps someone, and what I found out with my research is that the tuba has a range three half steps lower than the contrabass clarinet. Have a great day!
