JD is one of the main reasons I listen!! PLEEEEEASE don't take JD off the show!!! 1. No one would Google nearly as fast, because random questions fall like rain in this podcast 👨‍💻 2. Some of us need to hear someone get as delighted as we do to simple stuff and laugh FOR 100% REAL 🤣 3. JD asks all the elders the questions us young uns don't know (by the way, "if you're a HAMMER, everything looks like a nail" indicates foolish, brash behavior, and I think Martin's Dad had it right 😂 but JD isn't like that anymore) and I'm usually so glad he asked ! 4. Someone has to represent soccer (Go, USA!) ⚽ 5. JD's beard is great (no gray yet) 6. JD picks EXCELLENT Bible verses for each scenario. True story. 7. JD's stories about raising kids are hilarious and must be shared (Write a book, JD !!!) 8. JD encourages youthfulness in the other guys. For real, he does! 9. Hearing JD's side of the stories always adds to them, like making them more 3D 10. JD and Si helping Martin with advertisements is won•der•ful ! I'd keep going, but it'd get weird, because, frankly, JD also brings the weird and quirky to the table. 😀 Sure, they need to hire a sound engineer, but considering this is NOT recorded in a studio, and most of us love the podcast with sheer joy, I happily overlook a hot mic when it happens: CONTENT over perFECT, Baby. (Or, in Martin's case: baby baby.) Thanks to JD's birth making this comment possible 🥲
