What's your source? The DA's job is also to present evidence and witnesses before Grand Juries, they often go to crime scenes. No way would they show up if they planned to throw a case....that's crazy talk!

Now it makes a little more sense when they're saying Sebastian didn't want to go back to his house because school was on Monday that sounds like normal kid stuff instead of something bad was happening to him imo . Sebastian got to do things he wanted to do at Seth's where as at his house he was under very strict rules.

Talking about CP crane job. There is a tik tok of a co worker saying that he was acting weird that morning and had a terrible attitude. I like and believe Uncle Taco too. Not saying every word he says is truth bc idk, but for the most part I believe he’s being honest. And Seth has said and verified that it’s his friend and he’s known him for a long time. I definitely don’t think he had ANYTHING to do with Sebastian’s disappearance, and he knows by just coming out to speak, there are going to be people to come for him. So, I can only respect people who speak up and put themself out there for a friend’s missing child. 🙏💚🙏 Ohh and as far as why they ended up in California, I can only guess that it’s bc they have a huge Naval base (I think in San Diego or near there) bc my daughters 1st boyfriend joined the Navy in NC and after basic training he was sent there. I can’t remember what it was called, but that’s probably why Katie ended up there.

No, they were in the process already, but Seth was still living in the same house and taking care of Sebastian. I'm order for her to get Seth out of the house, she went to the courts and accused him of domestic violence and abuse, that's when Seth became homeless because he was kicked out of the military housing.
