Looking at this case: if you know your family/friend has a drug problem (even though they've never crossed you), don't ever be alone with them. Especially if they bring "their" friends with them. You let em in bcuz y'all grew up together or whatever history. Then they flip on you behind closed doors despite y'alls history. Where can the police start an investigation if nobody knows who you let in? Y'know!! Same with driving, too! While driving, you gotta watch the road & other drivers. Drive defensively!! Then they pull a weapon & other drivers can't see that you're a hostage. So never be alone with them! In the house OR a vehicle. They make their move when ain't no witnesses!
