Susuk is a very... commonly accepted paranormal method to enhance oneself in Indonesia. From many podcast stories, I've heard that the needles have different grades, silver, gold ones, etc. And yes, usually only the bomoh who insert it can pull it out. It is said that the earth rejects those susuk. People who inserted them have a hard time dying, and can live even though their body already withered so much, it's just not physically possible.

@@WEAREHANTU Noo haha, the users are so weak and having trouble to die, it'll be no use for the bomoh or anyone. We cannot have them attack anyone or do manual labor lol.🤣😂 It's the given effect that the users have to go through, since they're dealing with dark forces being infused into their body. And not just Susuk though, there are other powers or black magic infusion that unfortunately provide similar end results. There are Kanuragan, or infusion of power to make oneself stronger and invincible (usually the latter) to sharp objects, physical wounds or sickness. Kanuragan are usually 'adopted' or 'infused' by martial artists. There are also Ilmu Pengasihan or black magic that would act like love charms, making people fall in love madly with the user. Make them more charming for work, business or political purposes, etc. And then there's also Penglaris or business boosters. It helps the user sell products or services through supernatural dealings. Utilizing pontianak or pocongs to make the food taste better for example.

There's another 9bus line at the vicinity of Bras Basah~ Bugis line( Rochor-centre ) muslim-Kubur, (T junction/3 simpang....directly across N,. The story teller needs to improve his command of English. Though the stories were good I cringe listening to him n his pronunciations. 🙏 no disrespect meant🙏
