@@UncleLeeAdventures hei uncle Lee it is not a matter of eating a little or not, but the sizes of your body and of those are Hugh and is or are out of shape and according to health science it is dangerous... Pls do not take for granted and lots of disciplines and exercises are needed to keep them in order. God bless
