I came across it a few weeks ago and I love it. If times get much harder here in the U.S. we may have to start eating things that we are not used to eating. But my grandparents and great grandparents ate them. I’ve always heard you eat the pig from the rooter to the pooter. Only thing you didn’t eat was the squeal.
