I love that Uncle expresses himself with such gusto and is so positive! What a good friend to have. Although most of his dishes are a bit too...”exotic” for my taste, these wings are making me drool! So this may be only the 2nd recipe of yours that I think I can actually cook at home!!! Even though I shy away from fried food mostly, I've been craving to make some wing flings for a while now. I've cooked them various ways in the past but never the way you prepped them before placing them in the oil (also the double frying part is new to me!!!) so I will definitely be using your recipes soon...
