You CANNOT solve the problem if you are still fighting against it. If you are still struggling with the issue that dejected you or the problem that stuck in your life, let it go. Do not fight against it. Sometimes accepting and letting go can give you the highest peace. Isn’t? Some problems are not solvable by our power; they are out of our control. Fighting against them destroys our mindset and energy level. Let it go and take a breath

Ironically, I lived a life that centered on the feelings of others. Instead of expressing my feelings frankly, I thought I had to live a happy life that would require suppressing my feelings to avoid making problems. At the same time, I firmly believed that my inner anxiety or nervousness should not be revealed. I tried to think positively or forced a smile on my face, hiding my unease and pretending not to know. Some feelings discomforted me, which I knew I should not be feeling, yet whenever those feelings arose, I would deny myself and suffer. I thought this was the right way, but reality told me the contrary. I became more vulnerable. I started to use the "Intended mindfulness playlist' and got much better. It really works 🙂

If you learned something from your failures then it wasn't a waste of time - it was an expensive lesson. They taught us in college that the person who fails and stops trying is the only failure. Look for the lesson and change your angle of attack.

So if you just take a inventory of where you are right now understand where you are what resources you have how much money you have what education level you have what connections you have and then think about where it is you want to go what is it you want to be don't think five years think two years just two years something that's within vision and then notice what it will take for you to get from here to there what is the path between here and there and if you don't know the path find someone who has taken that path find someone who has already done it and if you cannot meet them directly find it out in books you've got the internet you've got all of these resources and this is the step that no one takes. Love it.

Dope, I learned that changing your mindset on how you look at problems can help change that stigma. The word "problem " gets such a bad rap that nobody knows how to get out of it. Take inventory of where you are? where you want to go? and how your gonna get there, finally take the first step and try it. Lastly FAIL there is no success if you don't try. Here we go.
