I agree, our mindsets can hinder us in so many ways & seems as I’m going into menopause I have more negative thinking about everything & I hate that because I’ve always been a person who is grateful & looks for joy everyday. Fasting, cutting out bad oils & soda has helped me lose almost 30 pounds. So very grateful to you & others that’s taught me about that! On another subject on your previous video about vitamin D3, I had ask you about adding Vitamin K, anyway I ordered a Liquid D3 with K2 & a little mct oil in it, I noticed immediately my blood pressure started going up, so I stopped taking it, any thoughts?
