Our tour guide, Guli(古麗)invited our group to her parents' house in 2007. It was quite like this, big rooms (not so much decorations), large yard with grape vines. I don't believe her parents were rich, probably a middle-income household.

And even in the 20th century that organization was only formed (as rebels) so that these people can ally with the Soviet Union who wanted to make XJ their satellite state, in which XJ will be renamed ET. When the Soviet Union realized that that won’t happen, it signed a treaty with the KMT to no longer annexing XJ. So basically, there never was an independent state called East Turkistan, like ever. ET meant a province of Russia 🤣🤣🤣 gj And in fact, XJ was GIVEN to the Uyghurs via the Chinese army basically got rid of the actual natives the Dzungars in the 1700s. So you’re welcome. Cheers 🥂

It's amazing in Xinjiang how you can just pop out of the room for a few minutes and the Uyghurs start singing and dancing and having a party. What happy people. And they're so grateful to their government, no wonder with all that food and the colors their government gives them, it's really no surprise that in your videos they never fail to mention how great the government is. And thanks, Jing Jing, for showing us the real Xinjiang, the western media would have us believe that the poor people have to line their walls with carpets, but you at least tell us the truth, and we now know that, in fact, they use blankets.

It's neither "carpets" nor "blankets", it's "rugs". Hanging them on walls is an ancient custom in the cultures of West Asia, I've seen it in some Russian block apartments. Not everyone likes bare walls, you know. You are picking on Jingjing, not mindful of the fact that she's crossing not one cultural boundary but _two_ when speaking in English about the Uyghur culture. A talented and bright woman!

Cultures of Multiracial can live in one country but each and every race retain their own language and uniqueness. The races study the national language as well as theirs. They communicate with other races other than theirs in the business or national language. It's a question of livelihood, harmony and progress for the country.
