We have tent and trailer camped there and my advice is bring ear plugs if you’re not an early riser. The birds wake up with the sun and they are loud. I agree about Bayside Cafe. We love that restaurant .

I haven't had a problem with the birds yet but I will keep an eye out ( and an ear). The Bayside Cafe is such an asset to have so close to a State Park.

There's one tree in the campground where all the local vultures roost. Avoid the campsite under that tree at all costs!
