Hello everyone! Hope you enjoy this one! It’s not every day I cover The Sims 4 and something tells me not everyone is a fan but I sniffed lore I covered it haha 😆❤️

Snack Report: I had (all vegan) sweet french toast with Nutella and marshmallows caramelised on top 🍫 really spoiled myself and my belly hurts but 11/10 worth it Had a bit of iffy health lately so haven't gotten round to playing with Sims 4 werewolves, but very excited to give it a spin - especially once the inevitable updates come for it 😉

As much as I like the theory that Avelina died of starvation it doesn’t make much sense with the other context and clues. Like the phrase “That telescope will be her undoing” and the fact that we got a new death that comes with that telescope. I really believe Avelina died during a meteor shower which would be cruelly ironic as she loved watching the stars.

The Sims 4 Werewolves' softened me. I didn't like that they were literal furries, but after sometime I just came to accept that this is the best they ever looked in any game, you just gotta know how to edit them in CAS to make them more scary and less furry.

I think it's interesting that they're tying the occults in to Spellcasters - making Vampires and Werewolves different evolutions (for lack of a better word) of Spellcasters attempting something different. Which then leaves me to wonder - what happened to the Moocasters? Since I doubt we'll be getting a new occult to represent the evolution of the Moocasters, I'm going to headcanon that Plantsims came about as the Moocasters were attempting to become better able to control/communicate with Cowplants.

I don‘t have Get Together, so to make „my own pack“ I literally just added people to my household through gameplay. Currently My Simself lives with Lou, Jacob and Cassandra. As a sign that we belong to the same pack I gave everyone the same mooncrest necklace, that comes with the pack.

Great videos, just some minor details: 1. Celene didn't shred the painting as she's not a werewolf. 2. Werewolves can't have familiars because they're no longer spellcasters. They lost that ability when they became werewolves.

You actually can have your own wolf pack kind of, you just have to create one through the club system that came with Get Together.

Sorry to write so many comments, but I interpreted the big conflict that there‘s so much cryptic info about as the conflict between the Mooncasters, Moocasters and the Casters that were looking for eternal life. I thought that Conflict was why the Realm of Magic is shattered and after that Mooncasters and their wolf familiar merged and became werewolves, the Moocasters vanished and the Caster looking for eternal life were plagued by their discovery, turning into vampires. So with this theory the conflict of Werewolves VS Vampires could only start after all that happened. At least in the Sims.

I'm glad you don't hate The Sims 4. Sometimes it seems that way. Honestly, there's no such thing as a perfect game but it's still very enjoyable. This imaginary rivalry some players have is absurd. There's no reason people can't like and enjoy all of them. I know I do. I love Sims 2, 3, 4, and the console games as well. It's all about fun and there's no point making a battle about it. It's as bad as the Pokémon Genwunners. People need to stop gatekeeping entertainment and just have fun.

Thats what im sayin! I have been called the R word for literally pointing out the a million flaws in past games bc sims players like to see past games with rose tinted glasses. The past games are fun. But there are def things in sims 4 I much prefer. It runs a lot smoother, the animations are better, the graphics aren't uncanny valley or animated polygons, and the UI/UX is a lot better too. I heavily miss personal bios in the past games tho.

@The Sims Lore, the Fury "Bowl" is a Fury Orb. which is a system created in Realm of Magic, where the Spellcaster's Charge Orb Originated. so they reused that Orb in Werewolves. but yea. I guess it can look like a Bowl. also it is wonderful that there is actually Lore in TS4 with this Pack, and I don't mind the Look of the Werewolves at all. I played The Sims since Sims 2, and. I most like 4's

Two good mods that add to werewolves are Lycans by Spinning Plumbobs and Mooncasters by Zero. Lycans adds a full new occult that is integrated very well with werewolves and also adds new interactions for werewolves, such as the hunting they could do in S3. Lycan appearance is more similar to S3 as well and does not override anything. You can also make Lycan/vampire hybrids. Mooncasters mod allows werewolf sims to become Mooncasters and auto-assigns Rory, Jacob, Lily, and Kristopher (and Greg I believe) with this status. Mooncasters can have familiars and use magic, and they have additional ranks similar to Spellcaster outside of their werewolf rank. They can initiate others to become Mooncasters or you can unlock it without them. Very fun mods.

I do like the werewolf pack. I love the cas, it really strings a cord in my goth and punk heart. Also I love trying to marry a werewolf to a vampire. The werewolves look has grown on me. I still think they look funny. I don’t think she died from hyperfocus 🙃 Not directly anyway. Maybe she could’ve forgotten she was cooking and a fire broke out and killed her before she noticed or something. Maybe she attempted to use a broken coffee machine to keep going and accidentally electrocuted herself. But, hyperfocus isn’t typically lethal in and of itself 🙃 You might not notice hunger for a while, but then you notice it really bad ‘cause you ignored it for hours longer than it’s been trying to nudge you. It’s like it starts like a whisper and progresses to screaming and it’s only when it’s screaming that you’re like “Omg, I’m famished. No time to cook, just gonna shove this block of cheese in my mouth hole!”. Perhaps some long term effects can creep up on you if you go into hyperfocus often enough over a long enough period, such as the effects of an unbalanced diet or missing doses of medication. But, it’s not just one long trance state where you starve to death before snapping out of it 🙃 Also, maybe Greg couldn’t control his fury and did something he deeply regrets? 🤔 Would be interesting to find her gravestone or ghost and get some more deets on how exactly she died 🤔

I absolutely love sims 4 werewolves. FINALLY THEY LOOK LIKE WEREWOLVES and not the wolfman! I've been DYING for Anthromporic heads for YEARS. ALSO peeps really need to stop flinging around Furries because THEY AREN'T and have zero idea what real Furries are. (Actually artist wise, furries deserve some respect, they're learning human & animal anatomy at the same time, something most artists don't do. Also most people I know who ARE furry are in IT, Medical professions and other quite high paid fields - the more ya know!) Also werewolves have always been anthromoporic personifications - like the Grim Reaper - even in folk lore so to FINALLY see that instead of the Hollywood wolfman is a chef's kiss.

I made up my own story with Greg by adding him to my family and taking away the Greg trait (thats possible with a cheat), so that other Sims can interact with him. Still a bit buggy but it worked for me. In my story he has amnesia and with the new growing together pack his personality was changed over time from loner to bro and mean to happy. Now he has changed to a nice family wolf next door and he lives in the farming neighborhood to care for some chickens. He's also friends with Caleb whats mostly against the lore but who cares 😅😂

I'd love a pack that bridges all the other game packs and the base game so that characters from everywhere can interact with anyone in any place. So a werewolf can interact with a regular sim from Pleasantview. Or a Vampire can interact with a wolf and live in Moonlit Wood. Or is this already a thing? Is that why you, a regular sim, can interact with Vlad the Vampire?

The sims 4 werewolves look like regular sims dressed in furry costumes, also, why is there no physical distinction between male and female werewolves??? They all look like bulky male werewolves with no defining physical traits (unless you specifically add them I guess)
