There seem to be a lot of fakes in the videos we watch from the US parks. We are lucky that it is less of an issue in Paris. Some good tips shared!!

Addictive hobby is the right way to put it😂 Love seeing others with deep knowledge of Disney pin trading! We strongly dislike the mystery boxes because they often ends up being a waste of time and never rewarding. 3 of us will each select 2 numbers and as a group we often go 0-6 because we all get scrappers. Sometimes the cast member will make you trade even if the pin is fake too which stinks. Really enjoyed your video! Keep up the good work

I’m so glad you enjoyed the video. I’m hoping it helps others be more educated when trading their pins. It’s a shame that the pin boxes aren’t the experience they intended. I’m guessing they’ll likely be short lived since I really haven’t heard many positive reviews.

I have never seen or experienced cast members forcing you to trade with those mystery boxes, that's really horrible. I hope that was just a one time experience for you

Ive been trading pins for sooo long and I didnt even know this was a thing :( I’m looking over them now and a lot of them are probably fake.

I’m glad you found these tips helpful. Don’t be discouraged though. I have quite a few fake pins in my collection as well. As long as you love them then the fact that they’re not official Disney pins doesn’t matter. The biggest thing is knowing if it’s tradable.

Longfly pins from box lunch can be traded?

There are people that will trade Lounge-fly pins but you won’t be able to trade them with Disney Cast members.

U can trade them on the pin boards as long as they have the copyright c and disney on back but as far as trading. A cm on their lanyard they get picky n don't want loungefly even tho they are fully tradable
