I realised a deep voice is quite hypnotic 6 or 7 yrs ago. A further realisation was a low pitch voice grabs attention. Then I found a whispering voice immediately releases tension. For going to sleep it’s better when you can’t understand the language, you need to remain lost in thought to be free to sleep.
