Not too long ago, we released a video on Chinese pistols. We thought, heck, we might as well make a video on Chinese rifles.
China is renowned for its tea, terracotta warriors, and noodles. They’re not exactly known for their military prowess. Heck, it wasn’t too long ago when a video of crying Chinese soldiers on their way to the Ladakh Border to face the Indian Army made the rounds online.
But just because they love to reverse engineer and make crappy imitations of everything doesn’t mean the Chinese can’t make good rifles.

I loved this review! I would also love to see a one on one review of each of these weapons starting with the most modern three. I'm aware of import bans, but someone must have access to these weapons in the 5.56 cartridge. However, a ballistic review of the 5.8 would also be educational.

I like the type-81 have a few variants of the rifle, the LMG is my fav ,I think it's built the best of the variants imo , bought two kept one boxed the other I modified....has a heavy barrel , a bi-pod and carry handle so its hefty but after stripping those extras off and swapping out the club foot its pretty good especially for what Canadians are stuck with. I live in the U.S now so all my chinese and russian goodies get left in Canada

I think the built-in folding bayonet is a great idea. Nothing like a bayonet to make you feel aggressive, As an Australian infantryman my battalion fixed bayonets, it was a tradition.
