Which part of India are you living? I live in Mysore, here the roads are pretty good even in villages.

1 week ago, I rode long distance for 2 days. The distance was about 800km. 400km for a day. Worked properly. I bought this bike 1 year ago, and it never let me down. I recommend it. :)

How is it on city/highway) Mileage? Worth buying as 200 cc bike??

On the highway, i usually drive with 100km/hour speed. It is my first bike and I definitely recommend it. It gives kind of trust that you can go where you want. :) However, if you want to go long distances more often than city driving, I don't recommend xpulse200.
