After seeing the video for Temporary, my conspiracy theory is that this and Like My Shit were originally supposed to be on the album, but after the pregnancy reveal Em spun into some kind of emotional spiral with his thoughts and decided to make Temporary and Somebody Save Me as the last minute creative pitches and put them on the album instead.
