Wow, just wow. These two absolutely knocked it out of the park with everything they've done in this series so far. I'm so impressed by their acting range, it really feels like they just elevate one another to greater heights when it comes to crafting a convincing love story between the characters. Freen and Becky are quite simply the perfect duo to portray this particular pairing. Freen gives an amazing performance as the more reserved Lady Pin, who gives an extra meaning to the "still waters runs deep" phrase, since she is sitting on an ocean of feelings beyond the proper upbringing she has, and her eyes are incredibly expressive, with great little micro expressions that give us a great depth to the character, bringing Lady Pin to perfect life from the book. As for Becky, holy hells I love her performance as princess Anin. She's the polar opposite compared to Lady Pin, much more forward, outgoing, expressive -- but she swallows up her own true feelings as well, preferring to be the one to comfort. Like back in episode 5 you watch her fight literal heartbreak, all to save Lady Pin's feelings (please forgive me, I might have been delusional from fever), and my god I am loving this portrayal of the princess. As we know though, just because someone might seem bolder and more direct and comfort another, it doesn't mean therefore they are not flesh and blood, and not lacking in deeper emotions. Princess Anin has the weight of royalty on her shoulders but gets away with that mischievous spark and knowing what she wants anyway. These two are just... wow wow wow. My eyes are blessed. My soul is blessed. The gays may feast upon this delectable and beautiful depiction of sapphic romance and the dedication of these two actresses to give us that authentic experience. I am glad that I exist in this day and age to be able to witness such greatness. Thank you both for your magic :D

This was one hella perfect love scene performed. The desire, the love, the lust in their eyes to have each other, all just perfect. Those kisses were insane that even I couldn't breathe properly while watching it so it's obvious for khun pin to be breathless lol. Also the detailing of the entire love scene was par excellence. You can feel that you are invading their privacy even though there is hardly any kind of skin shown, that's how you do it onscreen mann i am in love with it. Also not to forget the comfortness between freenbecky made this scene perfect, they were not afraid to do anything which made this scene more realistic. A whole 8 min love scene! But i like how it focuses on the intimacy and how they are making love instead of just s*x , which is one of the things i love about Thai GL series, unlike most western shows. The way it was done for this show specifically though, is very commendable - I literally felt so shy and had half of my eyes closed and they were even topless nor were they excessive! So kudos on the actors, directors and production team!

This comment is gonna be an essay because I can't describe what this episode made me feel in just a few words. Let's talk about the opening scene. It was art. Nothing short of ART. I want to first applaud the director and the cinematography because the whole scene was so well shot. Now, Freen and Becky... Oh my god. Where do I even start. An 8 minute love scene is crazy. Not only did they have to shoot this for who knows how long but it's also not easy to keep the audience at the edge of the seat for the whole 8 minutes. FB did it. Istg they are so different. The way it started with Lady Pin lying down and immediately showing her submission to Anin, the way Anin delicately leaned over her, never once taking her eyes off Pin and then both delving into the passionate kisses. Some might think it was too much use of tongue but to me it was perfect. Anin knows the French kiss as the most passionate one to show her desire to her lover so she tends to do that and Pin is learning things from exploring with Anin, so naturally she'll follow her lead. The kisses were not all pretty. It was a bit messy, with clash of tongues and teeth at times but that made it even more perfect because it showed they were inexperienced but also how desperate they are to finally physically show their love. When Pin pushed Anin away cause she was out of breath and Anin's immediate concern was if she made her uncomfortable in any way. She did not want to hurt Pin in any way, not even by mistake. The way she assured Pin she'll be gentle, it made my heart soar tbh. Such a short sentence but it carried such a heavy promise. That forehead kiss from Pin before Anin leaned down to her breasts, it was like a little permission to go ahead and show how much she trusts Anin. The little expression change that clearly showed when Anin went in and how they both feel connected to each other. Anin worshipped Pin, the way she was so focused on her through the entire time, making sure Pin is enjoying herself and finally the smiles that erupted when it ended... The joy, the feeling of finally being each other's... The way Anin's mischievous nature peeked through even here but Pin still needed that closeness so she pulled her down for a kiss. Just wow. Freen and Becky have constantly exceeded my expectations in every single episode and continue to make me wonder how will they ever top their performance and yet they keep doing exactly that. They have embodied the characters so well that it doesn't even feel like acting. I really feel like I am intruding at times. The micro expressions, the little changes in the eye contact adds so much to the scene. Massive respect to Freen and Becky for not shying away from showing how two women make love in the raw-est way possible. There was hardly any nudity (I can't even call it nudity) but this is hands down the best gay love scene I have ever seen. Burning Desire indeed ❤

That chapter left me breathless, but more than anything, with FB's incredible ability to recreate the true sapphic color that the vast majority of GL actresses fail to achieve because they simply aren't attracted to women, they are heterosexual and that is reflected in their fish kisses and rigid and simple intimacy. I think it's time for the public to be more demanding with productions, not everything is about money and making actresses famous who are rarely part of the community. TLP is a masterpiece of its time, and it is also the first time that a GL series has good performances from almost all the actors.

Actually, most western actresses who are straight have no problems with portraying a convincing same-sex romantic scene. I can think of several dozen examples. Eastern culture just doesn’t provide room for passionate kisses - not even from heterosexual onscreen couples.
