Oribe rock hard gel is amazing for doing a slicked back look like this! Obviously you have to put a blob in your hand and smooth it over your hair vs using a stick, but it brushes out nicely at the end of the day. You won't feel gross, like the oily or crunchy feeling you get with a lot of these sticks.

Dear Katie, I love slicked back hair style, but it always looks kinda meh on me because I was never able to find the right styling product (I have tried so many 😭). The pomade stick however is veeeery interesting (bought it like 5 secs after finishing your video) and I have a very good feeling about because as far as I can tell we have very similar hair. Love your hair slicked back. Reminds me of the time I was in a play where my hair had to have a slicked-back wet look, and I used a setting gel product named Dippity-Do. You may be too young to know or remember it. :) My hair also tends to have little frizzies, so I'm going to get that lavender product, looks good!
