People don’t want to admit it but Sofia IS call her daddy. If you listen to her podcast, or any of her interviews it’s like you’re listening to the original call her daddy podcast. Once she left, it became an entirely different show. Not because Alex wanted it to be.. but because Alex was always putting on a front, while Sofia was being authentic. Who Sofia portrayed herself as on CHD is who she genuinely is. Honestly if you miss the original CHD podcast….. just listen to Sofia with an F.

After listening to both interpretations of what happened, seems like the IP was the big disconnect. Alex placed a lot of value on the IP, Sofia didn't. We'll never know who was right. The IP was obv worth 60M by itself, but who's to say if A+S's chemistry (w/o the CHD IP) would have been worth more or less in time..

One thing she seems to have forgotten to mention when they were trying to leave Barestool. They were still under contract. 70k was for the first year. Second year they made half a million each. Absolutely not. Dave and Alex were the snakes, he paid Alex more and Alex hid it from Sofia. Sofia wanted to get paid more, which she was in every right. Alex then went and dropped Sofia. She didn’t want her anymore, she took all the juicy stories, Sofias careless personality talking about sex and all, and her phrases. Sofia fucked up when she stayed quiet for months because it looked like she was in wrong.

Really like Jay Cutler and Sofia too, genuine. Early innocence relative to Alex reflects an underlying ignorance and conservative baseline vibe shines through her initial move from Utah to New York, and breaking from her rebellious side. Really appreciated her educational review into finance, and subsequent revelations into the podcast with Alex on Barstool site. I am so glad you aren't at Morgan Stanley, and what goes around, comes around associated with Alex selling her out re Spotify deal. I suspect Alex will one day regret how she treated you Sofia. You are a joy filled, lovely, morally ethical person. Lots of developmental, value exploration and sexual revelations as a part of finding herself.
