They sadly MOST DEFINITELY did not spend enough time on this game. Namely : Why is the pop-in so atrocious ? Why are you able to farm key items with fishing or litteraly running circles on the ground instead of having to interact with the world ? Why is the final boss either a jpeg of a moon standing still in a cutscene or a jpeg of a moon standing still in a bad shooter minigame ? And that's sad, because aside from that, the gameplay goes from perfectly fine to extremely good, the story is the first good story in a sonic game in years, the music is absolutely immaculate, and the graphic part looks quite good !

There’s something about the last 20 seconds of Undefeatable that really hits me. It’s like after all this fighting and chaos, everything mellows out as the characters get a breather. Feels like It’d show a protagonist winning but looking around after the fight to see the destruction. They see their friends before passing out from their tiredness.
