Would you consider doing a sort of "Duel basics to advanced" series where you sort of teach us how duel works, what we should know if we intend to play Duel ourselves etc? Honestly if you pay attention to how he plays(especially when he explains how quickly he thinks of the best course of action) that alone will net you huge improvements. A lot of it is how good his situational awareness is. That's the biggest thing I took from his videos while I played

@@MarcelineVampQueen I started playing duel in s10 and I was lost, but now I've gotten better (still not a great player by any means, but I had a 400mmr spike). My advice is: play some duels and try your best but expect to lose them all, you won't be able to play the map efficiently enough to win. Then watch Sam, Trelli, Rexsi, InfamousJesse and CaptainTwig duel videos/streams (I found that Twig is the one who explains his decisions the most) and try to analyze why they are where they are, why do they use this ability at this time etc. This particular video is a good example: sam was using fen's 3 everytime morgan used her 2 because fen 3 is knockup immune, then cancelling the 3 and ulting as soon as morgan used the fear on the 1 to immune the fear. After analyzing some videos go back and play some more games and try to use the info you have gathered for buff respawns, bull demon etc on your own games. Stick to playing good gods especially ones that have good early game, so that you can try to win from the early game and learn how to expand your leads (god with poor early could be hard because if you dont know how to farm efficiently you can just get outfarmed from minute 1. Try not to surrender at 5 even if you are losing by a lot in the first games you play: you can learn a lot even by your opponents and that will also teach you how to defend phoenix and titan when you are behind

Go for the 3. Jump levels add 60 but more like 40 cause defences and 3 adds 15 true. 3 basics and you already got more dmg.

I havent played smite in a while but it at least used to be based on MMR, so if it still works that way, as long as Sam is #1 in the world he'll always be on that side
