@@JamesGowan That is also alot of what looks like dryer meat. when eating quickly its very difficult moisin the meat enough to not get stuck in the Esophagus. Eating a bit slower and dunking every piece in the sauce is a great strategy in this case.

Urban chislic is a great placebo eat, but you need to go over to Freeman, SD or small towns around there to get the real lamb sticks of chislic. Usually no sauce with it either.

He mentions the water retention due to high salt content. That’s no joke. Years ago, I was trying to lose significant weight and I was using the Wii Fit to track my progress. There were a few days when my weight would jump like 3 pounds. The reason? Lunch at Pei Wei.

Salt is a huge red flag in weight loss if taken in huge proportions

@@nicholasmedovich8691 yes In huge proportions but you should not cancel it in your diet all together, I canceled salt all together in my diet while working out 5 days out of the week thinking it would make me skinner but instead I developed very low iron levels and developed heart problems, still recovering, but yes too much salt is also a problem in dieting
