Looked like a really cool place and the owner/staff seemed awesome. That certainly makes the overall experience good. The Stromboli looked great. I too like the idea of green peppers vs pepperoni, but as is would be good too. It did look a little crispier than I would prefer for a challenge (perfect otherwise) making it tougher to bite & chew. Great video as always… great job as always always… born and raised Italian New Jersey bloodline back to Avelino Italy… traditional Stromboli was ham cheese and peppers… with sauce on the side… that’s considered Philly style …here in Jersey, we either have a sausage or a pepperoni roll or a peppers onion roll with sausage and then a traditional Stromboli would be ham ,pepperoni, and salami with shredded mozzarella and a little sauce on the inside .. and a big dish sauce on the side …big fan keep up the work… looking forward to the next one

Three feet? That’s a lot of stromboli! You didn’t pick an easy one for your first stromboli challenge! Of course, I think the real challenge is learning the difference between stromboli, calzone, and that other folded pizza creation that I keep forgetting. At least it wasn’t too loaded with toppings though. And it stayed together well too. Plus it tasted good. I’d say it’s easy to eat, but it can’t be that easy to eat if it’s undefeated as a solo challenge. 😅 Great job battling cheese and sodium, and taking down a massive challenge with no team mate except Diet Coke. Sausage and pepperoni are my favorite 2 when ordering a stromboli. 3rd topping is usually ham, but would never order ham as the 2nd topping on a 2-topping item, if that makes any sense.
