UNDEFEATED TACO TAKEDOWN WITH

I am at El Mazatlan in Washington, IN with my friend ‪@jwebbycaneat‬ and we are going to attempt the undefeated Taco Takedown challenge! This is a massive platter of 50 tacos and we have 36 minutes to complete. We get to choose between chicken, ground beef, or steak. We went with 25 chicken and 25 ground beef. If we are successful we will become the first winners of the challenge, get a couple of awesome T-shirts, go up on their Wall of Fame, and receive (2) $40 gift certificates for later use. As an added bonus the first team to complete this receives $100 cash! James his here for the week following his St. Elmo's shrimp eating contest and I am grateful we got to meet up and do this challenge before he flew out. Friends and tacos...could it get any better? The beef had a sauce with onions and the chicken was wet with tomatoes and peppers. Both had lots of lettuce and cheese. They were delicious and we could have added salsa(s) if we wanted. This is a great place and very fun challenge!
