As a Canadian, who has an interest in Spanish real estate, I am constantly blown away by the value of real estate in Spain...this property included. When you include closing costs & exchange, this property is about 500,000 Canadian. A comparable house in Canada would cost easily twice as much depending on location. I will be in Spain, hopefully this summer deciding whether or not to pusue my Non-Lucrative Visa. One factor making me chose Spain is the real estate market....

Hi the villa is sold and marked as under offer. It was in Arboleas 25 to 30 mins Inland from Vera and Mojacar playas

A carport seems desirable in that heat, would it be allowed?

Hi Sheila and yes one would be allowed and cost approx 1,200 Euros. Current owners are travelling a lot so car not there so much. The large store room was a garage but just wasn´t being used for car so converted it into something which works for them.

No a bit of grass or planting at all. The tiled outside area will be super hot in the summer.

Did you watch the video June as they have two very large and beautiful planted beds with palms, fruit trees etc. Also large front garden been left gravelled deliberately so if more planting required can be added.
