A house with lots of rustic charm in an attractive setting. There is ample living/dining space. One bedroom has its bathroom downstairs, and the ensuite's roll-top tub may be period appropriate but not convenient to use. I suppose that one must sometimes compromise for charm.

This looks lovely. But it sounds like it might be next to a busy road with a high-speed traffic, I hope it's just the sensitivity of the microphone that makes it louder than it really is. A bigger issue is that this property was bought in 2020 for £345k. Now it's on the market for £430k. That's a massive 25% increase in a short period of 3 years despite prices falling last 9 months.

What you call a 10 year house, retire here when you are 65, spend 10 years looking after the garden until ou are exhausted and then sell to a 65 yea old couple!

One problem amateur realtors have with these videos is that they don't understand how camerawork must be done. In this video, the camera is swingly around quickly and the viewer becomes disoriented and even nauseous. The camerwork needs to be steady and SLOW. I had to turn it off half-way through.
