Experiment with a 3-5-2 .. 3 CBs, two wingbacks, tobi on the right and the guy you started on the RW moved to left wingback. 3 in the middle and two upfront but one striker playing in a free role, that should be jed with thomas up top. Always nice to have another system to call upon when struggling.

I know its difficult because of so many people and their schedules, but you really need training sessions. Will give you that sharpness, will naturally be fitter, gives you a chance to work set plays, routines, put game plans into action, even if its just a couple hours one day a week at goals.

Another great video Manny. That guy who walked off from the other player literally baffled me, like if that was my team mate, I would have been so annoyed. Form wasn’t so good this week and there was a lot of confusion with the ball in some places but it’s only going to get better and practice makes perfect. The team chemistry is soooo low you need to do something about it.. a lot of players were not with there head in the game and this game was really slow, there were not enough accelerations, not enough chances.. i hope next match will be beter for UTR FC Good luck manny stay strong

I look at the setup and think..ok some strong players there but i feel as if everyone is just ball watching to the point where they dont focus, alot of the time you get players walking and not making the runs and especially bradley i feel as a Right back if you loose the ball you have to work your way back to either get it back or stop a counter

Need to work on attacking the ball on set pieces, they make up a good percentage of the game and can be the difference from winning and losing. If your not confident in putting the ball in the box directly from a corner then maybe do what a lot of Spanish sides do and play it short and drag the oppositions players out of position. Try taking indirect free kicks quickly to catch the opposition out and exploit them win your pace up front. No defenders like it when players run at them.

You need some training sessions, a tactician as well so you can make actual plays. Probably another coach that's temporary with a background of coaching that has a specialty in communications/teamwork cause UTR might need it, the team needs something to rile them up to play more than they actually think they have, your team has the talent, they just need to polish their skills and communicate better.

Play a 3-5-2 , put the best ball distributor in front of the defense and have 2 attacking CM in front of him. Wingers and strikers have the speed. Just need to play them better balls. Also, strikers need to move more. Too much of them just wanting to sprint toward goal.
