Under the Sea Balloon Decor | Balloon Bubbles | How To | DIY Balloon Decor Tutorial

Hello Balloon Makers,
Here's another DIY Balloon Decoration Tutorial for Under the Sea themed Birthday parties and other events. Most of the balloons in this video are helium filled.
Here are the materials that I used:
* 10x 12'' clear latex balloons (helium filled)
* 20x 9'' clear latex balloons (helium filled)
* 35x 5'' clear latex balloons ( air filled only)
* 40x 12" royal blue latex balloons
* 40x 12" light blue latex balloons
* 30x 260Q twisting balloons (mixed of emerald green and
springwinter green colours)
* 10x water weights (link below on how to make water weight)
* 6x foil balloon fishes in different designs
* 2x octopus balloon arrangement (how to make it, in a separate
video)
* Rented helium tank
* Dual action balloon pump
*10lb. fishing line

Do you think if only the top bubble balloon was filled with helium, it would be able to hold up the rest of the bubbles with normal air??? I have to pay per balloon and want to cut some costs.. many thanks.

Hi I just used a twisting balloon tied on the foil balloon then tied to the fishing line.

Hi, I tied them to the fishing line using a 260Q, please keep in mind that all fish foil balloons are inflated with helium. Thanks so much!

Hi Kimberly, usually I use the Qualatex brand as they are much clearer compared to the other clear balloon brand. Not unless you will be using the Aqua bubble balloons (bobo) like this www.bargainballoons.ca/10browse.asp?Category=Aqua+%28Bobo%29+Balloons&Page=1&Display=High

How many hours can the balloons last?

Hi, the bubble balloons are helium filled so they should last for atleast 12-18 hours from the time they are inflated, and the fish foil balloons should last for days as long as they are kept indoor. The base of the balloons (coral base) should last for weeks.
