Thank you Dr. Axe for sharing your five habits! I especially love the spiritual growth one. I make it a priority to start the day reading the Bible and spending time drawing nearer to Jesus and developing a more intimate relationship with the Lord. That has been a game-changer for me. You're awesome, much respect. Excited for your next episode!

I NEEDED this video! Thank you. 🙏🏼 I've been praying fervently to have help becoming a new creature in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). I need to re-listen to this & take notes. I love that Dr. Axe is "not ashamed of the gospel of Christ"! (Romans 1:16) Just last week I also read about Charity in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. 😊

Dr Josh, is popcorn healthy to eat regularly? or does it contain lots of Omega 6? i had a video on how to avoid cancer and youtube removed it saying that it goes against WHO medical recommendations, but how is that medical when i was talking about diet mostly and talking to healthy people on how to avoid it , i wasn't telling them how to cure it
