Another smart 🧠 way to put your employees to the test at the shoe store & Ivy failed the test by mistreating the customer plus ➕ selling fake products to the customer & threatened Alice not to tell the customer on what's she's doing to her if did told him. But in the end the customer revealed himself as a undercover boss to find out what's going on in the store. Afterwards Alice gets the promotion for the excellent customer service & Ivy gets fired & facing a lawsuit for her bad behavior. Well played Mr. Felix well played indeed.
