Sexual harassment is a very serious matter which involves inappropriate touching, calling somebody names like sexy because of what they’re wearing and even asking out for dates. It’s not appropriate at the workplace.

Please folks, especially the ladies on here, understand that this happens to men more times than you would think. Yet it's never discussed at all. It is wtong to treat someone this way regardless of race, gender, or job title!! It's deplorable that it even happens in the first place.

My add on: Just like he said, Owen went to Human Resources, but that only humiliated him even further when the person he was talking to turned out to be a woman, who rightfully dismissed him after hearing his sexist comments. He also got drunk that same day, and attempted to assault a woman, who turned out to be a on duty police officer. This led to Owen being arrested on the spot, having to pay a $2,000 fine, and being sentenced to prison for a year.

Thank you for sharing this video. Sexual harassment, sexism racism should not be tolerated in the workplace or in any place what so ever. We need to be treated with respect equality, kindness regardless what employment you have. Entitlement is not right. No one shouldn’t be harassing female employees at work. In a professional job everyone must treat everyone with respect and kindness. That manager lost his job for disrespecting his employee and the CEO did the right thing to fire him .

Being sexist is unacceptable I use to work in retail and it was something I had to put up with constantly by male staff or One particular customer was quite sexist towards me.Few nice customers over heard how sexist this one customer was to me and they said to him get out of the shop or back of the queue I said to him I do not tolerate rudeness I said if he was going to carry on I won't serve him and he shut up after that.this shows us it's good to speak up and not keep quiet

I am here to say that these video are but a made up story to promoted who ever it is but not very truthful. Too many using basically the same bull as the other. Really some of us are adults and should be treated as so.
@andrewturner57066 ай бұрын
I agree with what they are saying but they are wasyover the top here just as the guy at the beginning was. In fact all these phoney you tube videos on this topic are counter productive showing women as victims. This video is not real so why does she not tell him to piss off and if he does not like it she sues for wrongful dismissal. If it is real the ceo is the one to blame because as head of the organisation she is the one responsible for his employment by the company. The buck stops at the top.
