Robert deserves what he got. He was very rude and disrespectful to people that came to the restaurant, he spoke very badly and they were not happy with his behaviour. Finally the c.e.o. Have to a decision. He asked for it. The kindness and the goodness you put out will always come back to you. Hope to see more videos soon.

I thought she was going to demote him to washer-upper. Nothing wrong with that - it's a hard, responsible job - but he would've been humiliated and worse-off. Those things DO happen. The Cash Office Manager at Boots (large pharmacy/store), who actually called herself "Controller", was so irrational, petty and rude that she was offered two choices - being fired or being demoted to warehouse-packer. She chose the latter!😄🤣

In my city now, when you're eating in a small restaurant and you give money to a beggar who comes to you, in a minute tens of beggars will come to you too begging money. The won't ask you for food coz they actually don't need it. Begging money is their job. But not poor people are beggars. And because of these fake beggars, we don't know who the real poor people are that really need our help 😢

I know this is all staged, but one does not have to go undercover just to know what your managers are like. Just have private talks, one to one, with any employee who requests for it. You don't even need to do that, just a direct email box, private and secure to CEO, call it a Feedback/Review Box. Sure there would be extra effort to weed out disingenuous posters, but it sure provides an excellent opportunity for improvement.

By all means the homeless should be able to go into any restaurant for food and drink. Its well known that the more homeless people that come in for free food, the more paying customers will want to eat there. Nothing says fine dining quite like a line of the homeless. The stronger the B.O. the better the restaurant. This is not realistic I do understand the thought, but A privately owned restaurant reserves the right not to serve non-paying people. They can decide a dress code and enforce it. If I owned it I wouldn't want them in my restaurant begging. But I would escort MR Homeless to another entrance and see that he was given a decent meal, and the same for MR Stinky's friends to a point. Business is business, outside of that being empathic and charitable when able unburdens the soul, but doesn't pay the bills. I have been on both sides of the fence
